Claiming lottery prizes under $600 couldn't be easier! All you have to do is go to any local lottery retailer in Louisiana - they'll usually just give you the cash right there in the store!
There's a couple of steps to claiming prizes over $600. You must complete a prize claim form (ensuring it includes your phone number and mailing address). Then mail this off, along with your winning ticket and valid photo ID (i.e. passport or diving licence) to the following address:
